This is your typical Starbucks, which isn't all bad. Decent coffee, but nothing special. I wish they had some gluten free food options other than oatmeal. At least the staff is friendly and efficient. Bully Blends down the street is a much better choice and has some good gluten free muffins and cake choices.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! What a royal "b". She wouldn't split a strawberry and creme frap into 2 cups like I have had done a thousand times before at multiple other locations. Then at the drive thru there was a car in front of us talking to the guy at the window for several minutes with customers behind him waiting. I will never ever visit this Starbucks again. I wish I could get my money back. What a sad waste for the wonderful Starbucks experience I have grown to love. And yes I visit Starbucks very regularly. I have been a gold member for years.

This Starbucks by far is the worst one in Rapid City hands down. I usually go to their drive thru only because I live less than a mile away and they're still rude. The second to last day of their Frappy Hour special I decided to go inside and order. Right when I walked in, the only worker wearing a floral top gives me the ugliest look and does not greet me. I order a vanilla bean frap and that same girl ends up making my drink. After me in line are a group of 5 girls and they receive their drinks before I even do. And while that girl is making drinks she's got a frown on her face the whole time and slamming the watered down fraps on the counter after being made. Point is, why do I receive my drink after a group of five girls? Why is my frap watered out? And why is the majority of the staff the rudest ever in Starbucks history? I'm from California so I've experienced a few rude Starbucks there but this one in Rapid City takes the cake! Now, I am always willing to make the extra drive to any other Starbucks but to this one. I am never going to this rude-staffed Starbucks ever again, and you bet your bottom dollar I'll be telling friends and other people about my multiple horrible visits.

This Starbucks is extremely hit or miss. It's genuinely 50/50 (or less) whether the shots in my latte or Americano are old or not. I can tell. The drink will taste awful. And that is if I actually get espresso shots in my drink. I ordered an americano today and received a drip coffee. I'm aware that americanos are the espresso equivalent of drip coffee. But they should not taste like drip coffee. For non-coffee-drinkers, there probably isn't much of a difference. If you work at a Starbucks and don't like coffee or don't know how things should taste, you should probably follow the directions a little bit closer. I've also gotten lattes from this location that tasted like there was no espresso in them at all, just steamed milk. But either way, whether you get old shots, no shots, or drip coffee instead of an americano, it's been a long time since I've gotten a drink from this location that even remotely tasted like a Starbucks drink.
